Esprit Solutions
Esprit Solutions is pretty straightforward. You have
a problem; we come in, fix it and then say goodbye until you need our
services again. Clients are billed at the time of service.
Managed Services
Managed Services is a comprehensive program tailored
to each client's unique needs. This is a long-term IT solution that
is highly cost-effective. Whether you have 5 PCs or 500, Thunderhawk's
Managed Services can save a significant amount of money while keeping
your system in top shape.

Managed Services has many features only for clients
of this program, such as:
- Discount Pricing: By committing to
purchase a minimum of 5 hours of service per month, you qualify for
our lowest pricing levels.
- Virtual Management Server: Your network
is monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. The VMS
can spot a potential problem and often correct it remotely before it
impacts your productivity.
- Personal Account Manager: Clients
have a reliable point of contact whenever an issue or question arises
-- a certified technician assigned to you, who is familiar with your
system and is able to diagnose and repair issues without having to start
from the beginning every time. Regular checkups and remote monitoring
by the Personal Account Manager minimizes costly site visits.
